Emily Osborn, MA, LCMHCA, NCC, CGM
Mental Health & Expressive Arts Therapist
Are you or your child feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected? Life transitions, identity shifts, and emotional challenges can feel heavy—but with the right support, healing and resilience are absolutely possible.
I work with children, teens, and adults who may be navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, bullying, trauma, grief, postpartum concerns, adoption-related identity and loss, LGBTQIA+ identity exploration, or the feeling of being “not enough.” Many clients come in unsure of who they are becoming and looking for a space where they can feel safe, understood, and supported as they heal, grow, and reconnect with a sense of possibility.
My approach is rooted in expressive arts and play therapy, narrative and trauma-informed practices, and strengths-based, relational therapy. I also offer therapeutic gaming and other creative interventions to support identity exploration, emotional healing, and confidence.
Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, I offer a warm, supportive space to explore what’s going on and take meaningful steps forward. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to begin, you’re not alone. When you’re ready, reach out to schedule your first session or a free 15-minute consultation—we can explore your next steps together. I’d be honored to walk with you on your journey.
