I am both a mental health and substance use disorder therapist; therefore, I can see people with one or both disorders.
The way I practice therapy with my clients is by focusing on mindfulness based practices, somatic work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
As an added bonus, I also teach beginner piano to my clients in order to improve their focus and mindfulness practices.
