Empowering Growth Through Understanding
Life is a journey that we all get to shape in our own way. However, it can also bring challenges and sadness that we may not have planned for. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey, provide a listening ear, an encouraging word, and remind you that you are not alone. My goal is to create a safe and trusting environment where we can work together to identify your strengths and overcome any obstacles that may be preventing you from reaching your full potential. Having dedicated 17 years to working alongside various age groups and families in settings such as schools, child welfare, community mental health, outpatient treatment, and transitional living facilities, I have been fortunate to gain a diverse range of experience and expertise in the field. My therapeutic approach combines the strengths of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client-Centered Therapy (CCT) to empower clients and address individual needs. I also offer a variety of other interventions such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Art Therapy to support the therapeutic journey.
